Our Daily Bread believes that the next Common Agricultural Policy presents a crucial opportunity to deliver justice for our farmers, the living world, and the people of Europe. This document outlines the environmental context that CAP must respond to, a Christian rationale for our vision of CAP, and particular policy proposals for how the new CAP can support a just European food system. We address this document to all Christians and people of good will who believe in the EU’s ability to be an instrument of justice, sustainability and shared prosperity.
